Youth officers are elected by their peers each March at the Sulphur Springs Show, a tradition that reflects the leadership, responsibility, and trust placed in these young members. Once elected, officers begin their term in the summer and serve through the conclusion of the annual TLBAA World Show in June, guiding activities, supporting fellow exhibitors, and representing the NTLBA youth program throughout the year.
